Refund Policy

BB’s Cabellera Beauty Boutique has a 15-day return policy.

Items eligible for returns must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging. Please have the receipt and/or confirmation number for proof of purchase.

You can initiate your return claim by visiting our custom service.

Once your claim has been processed, our representative will contact you via email with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returned merchandise will receive a 20% restocking fee.
